One Step Forward Foundation is more than our name, it is our legacy.
It was always the belief of our grandmother and matriarch, Ms. Dasie Snow, founder of One Step Forward Academy, that impacting and reshaping the lives of underserved youth and families was both our calling and our responsibility.
Inspired by her unwavering faith, compassion, and generosity, we continue that legacy through scholarships, relief efforts, community outreach, mentorship, music education, and emergency assistance.
Every act of service reflects our commitment to helping individuals and families take one step forward toward hope, opportunity, and lasting success.

Providing complete Thanksgiving meals including turkeys, stuffing, vegetables, desserts, and essential meal items to ensure families can celebrate together with dignity.

A signature community event providing toys, televisions, computers, diapers, car seats, household essentials, and gifts that bring joy and practical support to families during the holiday season.

Emergency Community Assistance

Montego Bay, Jamaica
In a meaningful show of compassion and commitment, Rozzie Broadnax made a quick 72-hour trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica, to personally deliver backpacks filled with school supplies to more than 20 families in need.
This outreach represented more than notebooks, pencils, and backpacks. It provided children and families with practical support, encouragement, and a stronger start toward educational success.
One Step Forward Foundation remains committed to extending its impact beyond local communities and supporting families wherever there is a need.
